I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paws and Possibilities, LLC, its owner, employees, and agents from all claims, or claims by any member of my family or any other person accompanying me at any training sessions of Paws and Possibilities, LLC, thereto as a result of any action by any dog, including my own. • Copyright Protection: I hereby agree not to copy or to release to any other persons the training materials and handouts that are given to me as a client of Paws and Possibilities, LLC, and I fully understand that all written material from Paws and Possibilities, LLC, is copyrighted and is protected under the copyright laws. • Abandonment Clause: Dogs abandoned more than 3 days past pickup date without prior communication, may be turned over to local animal control and subject to local ordinances for abandoned dogs. • Health Clause: Despite our rigorous attention to cleanliness and overall hygienic practices, we can certainly not guarantee that pets who stay with us will not get sick or injured. Furthermore, testing and treatment of illness remains the financial responsibility of the pet owner, as always. • Vet Release: A representative of Paws and Possibilities, LLC, has permission to seek veterinarian care for my dog(s). Every effort will be made to contact the dog’s owner if there is a concern. If a representative of Paws and Possibilities, LLC, cannot reach the owner, the representative will seek appropriate medical attention.
