Refund Policies:
Products and Services (excluding Board and Train)
Here at Paws and Possibilities, we want to make sure you have the best experience possible. If you need to request a refund, just let us know within 30 days of your purchase. We’re happy to process it, with a small administrative fee of $10 plus 5% of the total charge deducted. If you’d prefer, we can apply the full amount as a credit to your account instead. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 buisness days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Board and Train
Life brings surprises, and we're here to help you navigate them! If you need to make changes more than 10 days before your drop-off date, you can reschedule for a $100 fee or request a refund, which includes a $10 administrative fee plus 5% of the total charge. For changes within 10 business days of your drop-off date, there is a $1040 rescheduling fee, and refunds will include this fee along with a $10 administrative fee plus 5% of the total charge.
Class Cancelation Policy
Life happens, and we totally get it! If you find yourself unable to make it to class or need to bail within 3 hours of the session, here's the scoop – there's a $15 cancellation fee headed your way. Shoot us a quick email to let us know what's up.
Private Training Rescheduling Fee
Clients who cancel their private training session within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a rescheduling fee of $65.
Need to Cancel or Pause Your Membership?
We totally understand that life gets busy! If you'd like to cancel your membership or place it on hold, just send us an email and let us know what you'd like to do. While your membership is on hold, or if you’ve canceled, you’ll still have lifetime access to our Manners Matter self-guided video course. You’re also always welcome to purchase individual classes if that works better for your schedule. Just keep in mind that if you're attending more than four classes a month, sticking with a membership is the most cost-effective option!
